Romp is an informational tool, NOT a veterinary service. Hazel provides general health information and tracking capabilities but does NOT diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your dog.
Romp and its AI companion Hazel are provided "as is." We are not liable for any health outcomes, missed diagnoses, or decisions made based on information provided by the app. The app is designed to supplement — not replace — professional veterinary care.

Free tier: full app access with Hazel limited to 5 AI messages per day and 50 messages total. Plus tier: $9.99/month with expanded daily messages, proactive health check-ins, image analysis, and advanced features. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Payment is processed by RevenueCat on behalf of the app store.
Do not use Romp to seek emergency veterinary advice. If your dog is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification or email.
